Pacific Northwest Vibes | Part 1
We had a week of weather that was probably some of the weirdest I encountered in my life in Nebraska. It was cool, foggy, damp and everything I imagine Oregon or Washington state to be. That might not sound as weird except it had been in the 80s the weeks before…and I live in Nebraska.
Today’s showcased outfit is all thrifted…mostly by Kimberly! She found both the sweater and skirt in Texas.
The trench coat I purchased while doing my service project at Hillcrest Thrift Store in Kansas City for my degree. (I spoke some about it here) I’ve been on the hunt for a Trench for quite a few years. It’s from London Fog and does look to be a few years old. But there’s nothing “old” about a classic!
My boots are from Famous Footwear about four years ago.
The tie-necklace is the only other non-thrifted item. It’s from our Grandmother and I adore it. Unfortunately, with it being vintage it’s delicate…and after I wore it for the photos (and the rest of the day) it broke. I was able to recover all the pearls so hopefully, I’ll be able to restore it soon.
